REFUND

We offer a full money-back guarantee on all purchases made on the Nordiina website but under certain conditions.

Our Returns and Refunds Policy gives you 14 days from parcel receiving to return or change an article purchased online with a valid receipt.
After 14 calendar days from parcel receiving, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

CANCELLATION

Usually, all items are in our stock, but if for some reason the item is out of stock or sold out, we can cancel the order.

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be no assessed cancellation fee.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all physical products must be clean, packaged in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, labels, free gifts, a bonus item, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product.

Return delivery cost is covered by the customer. Additional import duties and taxes (for non-EU countries) will be not refunded.

Once your returned article is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned article. We will also inform you if a refund has been approved or refused.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days.

If you have paid for the standard delivery/Or Smartpost of the goods, the cost of standard delivery/or Smartpost will be also refunded.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Products with obvious signs of use.
  • The item should not perfume smell, otherwise, the dry cleaning service (€5.50) will be deducted from the refund.
  • Any article is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.
  • Any article returned more than 14 days after delivery.
