Dispatch Time for In-Stock Items:
In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is received.

Pre-Order for Out-of-Stock Items:
If an item is currently out of stock, you have the option to pre-order. The waiting period may vary—up to 25 days—depending on the production stage. Please refer to the product description for the estimated waiting time.

Delivery Time by Region:

• Estonia: Delivery takes 1-3 business days. We deliver exclusively to a parcel machine, selecting the one closest to your registered address.
• Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland: Delivery will take 2-4 business days.
• Other Countries: Standard delivery applies, with transit times ranging from 7 to 25 business days. For European destinations, delivery typically takes about 7 days on average.

Holiday Periods:
During holiday periods (e.g., Christmas and New Year), delivery times may be extended.

Postal Service Information:
We use national postal services for all shipments. In some countries, this may result in delivery to a local post office. Please check your tracking information and mailbox regularly for updates.

If you experience issues with your package (e.g., delays), please contact your local post office or check your package status on their website. You can find your country’s postal provider via this link: Universal Postal Union Member Countries.

Origin & Import Duties:
All shipments are dispatched from Estonia. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and other fees once they reach your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer; Vetka is not responsible for them.
